You can contact the surgery online to submit your question or concern relating to non life threatening medical problems or an admin question: Contact us online
Please do not submit medical requests as an Admin Request, as this will delay a Clinician triaging your symptoms and offering appropriate access top care. If whilst completing the form you are advised to dial 999 please do not ignore this advice. This online facility is not an emergency service.
The "opening hours" of this service is 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Staff training. This is to ensure requests are triaged during our core opening hours, we are not an out of hours service, if you require same day medical assistance between 5.00pm and 6.30pm please contact reception.
Between 6.30pm and 8.00am if you require medical assistance that cannot wait until we reopen then call NHS 111 or contact via their website.

Our patients can now use the internet to:
- Cancel appointments
- Request repeat prescriptions for any medication they are taking regularly
- Look at their coded medical record

For access to these facilities please ask at reception for a username and password, Please be aware there is a form to fill in and we will need identification to register you, for example- Passport, Picture Driving Licence, Utility Bill/Bank Statement dated within 3 months (not mobile phone).
