February 2012 - 205 missed appointments, this is a total of 42.50 hours. January 2012 - 229 missed appointments, this is a total of 49 hours. December 2011 - 199 missed appointments, this is a total of 41 hours.
GP Registrars Forest House Surgery is a training practice. This means that we have Trainee General Practitioners (GP Registrars) practicing at our surgery throughout the year. They are qualified Doctors who spend 4 months at a time at our practice as part of their General Practice training. Dr Modhwadia Dr Modhwadia finished working for Forest House Surgery at the end of January 2012. He had been working for us as a Locum GP since September 2011 to enable us to offer extra appointments over the busy Christmas period. The doctors and the staff at the surgery would like to thank him for all his hard work during his time here and wish him well for the future.
Support for Carers
Carers are people who, without payment, provide help and support to a family member, friend or neighbour who cannot manage on their own due to physical or mental illness, disability, substance misuse or frailty brought on by old age. A carer can be of any age. Many carers don't see themselves as carers.

Forest House Surgery has now introduced a Text Messaging service. This is initially being used for appointment reminders but in the long term it will, hopefully, be used for more. Please can you check with reception that we have the correct mobile phone number on your records. Thank You
